December 2023: Please note that the Cub program will be changing as of June 1, 2024. Some of these items may be able to still be used, but they will not follow the program exactly. Perhaps they can be a spring board for those who are planning their Cub years.
I was asked more than once when I created my other guides last year if I would create a Webelos and Arrow of Light yearly plan. With this on the horizon for me, I went ahead and made it so. I wish you well my fellow leaders who are on the Webelos to AOL journey – enjoy these final moments with the Cubs.
This plan runs from June following completion of the Bear year through January of the Arrow of Light year, anticipating for a Boy Scouts crossover at the end of January. This plan provides for completion of all required and elective adventures for Webelos and Arrow of Light using the modified requirements guide issued in December 2016.

Please note that as of May 31, 2022, 19 Cub adventures have been retired. You will need to remove these and replace with other activities or pack outings. I would recommend looking at including the age-appropriate religious emblem program that fits your unit if parents agree.
