December 2023: Please note that the Cub program will be changing as of June 1, 2024. Some of these items may be able to still be used, but they will not follow the program exactly. Perhaps they can be a spring board for those who are planning their Cub years.

One of the hardest things about being a den leader is making the plans for your Scouts. We stepped up because we want our Cubs to have a quality program. If you’ve read the official Cub Scout den leader guide, then maybe like me, you’ve wondered who are these super leaders who can keep the attention span of Cubs for multiple hours at a time, because there is no way that all of those activites are done in just one hour a week.

So, since I couldn’t find a great resource that fit my needs, I made my own. Feel free to borrow what you need for your program. I’m ambitious and like to set high expectations so the Cubs have the opportunity to earn every belt loop in their handbooks. It doesn’t mean that they will, but I’m giving them the chance to do so.

Regardless of what you do, have fun, and best of luck to you!

**Update August 2022:
