December 2023: Please note that the Cub program will be changing as of June 1, 2024. Some of these items may be able to still be used, but they will not follow the program exactly. Perhaps they can be a spring board for those who are planning their Cub years.
One of the things I have seen over the last year participating in an online roundtable with Scouters from around the world is that leaders are frequently having to lead more than one den at a time. At the request of a fellow leader, I created a combined plan for Wolf and Bear Cub Scouts.
This plan is made utilizing the modified requirements as of December 2016. Download the PDFs of the requirements as references in this guide here:
The meetings can be scheduled however they fit in your calendar; they do not have to be done in the order in which they are presented here.

*** Update August 2022:
Please note that as of May 31, 2022, 19 Cub adventures have been retired. You will need to remove these and replace with other activities or pack outings. I would recommend looking at including the age-appropriate religious emblem program that fits your unit if parents agree.
The retired Wolf adventures are:
Collections and Hobbies
Grow Something
Hometown Heroes
Motor Away
The retired Bear adventures are:
Beat of the Drum
World of Sound
Make It Move
Robotics
